What is TFWA Cannes? 🛍️
TFWA stands for Tax Free World Association. Its World Exhibition & Conference is the largest international trade show dedicated to duty free and travel retail. Every year in Cannes it brings together the leading luxury brands (fragrance, spirits, cosmetics, fashion, accessories, confectionery…), buyers from all over the world and the decision-makers of the tax-free retail sector: airports, airlines, cruise lines, border shops and distributors.
The event combines a commercial exhibition, a strategic conference programme and high-end networking events. It is strictly reserved for trade professionals.
It is the ideal place to spot market trends, grow your network, launch products and strengthen your brand's visibility in the duty free world. To make the most of it, many brands choose a bespoke stand designed to showcase their image and attract international buyers.

How to get there?
Plane: Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 30 minutes away, with direct shuttles to Cannes
Train: Cannes railway station, a 5-minute walk from the Palais
Car: several car parks nearby (Palais, Pantiero, Lamy…)
Shuttles: free shuttles link the partner hotels to the Palais throughout the show
Accommodation in Cannes during TFWA
Hotels on the Croisette and around the Palais fill up months ahead and prices rise sharply during show week. TFWA runs an official accommodation service for registered delegates and exhibitors; otherwise look at Le Cannet, Mandelieu-la-Napoule or Antibes, 10 to 20 minutes away by train or car. Book as soon as your participation is confirmed.

TFWA Cannes tickets for visitors
The event is trade only; registration through the TFWA platform is compulsory.
Visitor badge bought on site in 2026: €385 per person for a day badge (access on the day of purchase only, 10% discount for TFWA members, 2027 rate to be confirmed); online pre-registration gives access to preferential rates
The pre-registration badge gives access to the exhibition, the conferences, the ONE2ONE B2B meeting service and the official mobile app
Exhibitor rates
TFWA does not publish a price list: the cost of floor space is given on request to applicant exhibitors, who must be brand owners, global distributors or licensees.
Exhibition space: the rate depends on the size and location of the stand, excluding fit-out
Additional services (furniture, visuals, storage, staff, animations) must be budgeted separately
