What is MIPIM and what does it stand for? 🏙️
MIPIM stands for Marché International des Professionnels de l'Immobilier, the international market for real estate professionals. Held in Cannes since 1990, it brings together investors, developers, institutions, local authorities, architects and the players of sustainable urban development for one intensive week every March.
MIPIM is less an exhibition of products than a marketplace of projects and capital: cities and regions present their development plans in national and regional pavilions, developers meet investors, and the conference programme covers offices, residential, retail, hospitality, logistics and data centres. For an exhibitor, the stand is above all a meeting space where deals are discussed in private.

Train: Cannes railway station is a 5-minute walk from the Palais
Plane: Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, about 30 minutes by shuttle, taxi or helicopter transfer
Shuttles: services run from partner hotels during the show
Car: the Croisette is largely closed to traffic during MIPIM, use the Palais, Pantiero or Laubeuf car parks
Where do exhibitors stay in Cannes?
Cannes hotels sell out months ahead and rates multiply during MIPIM week. Book as soon as your participation is confirmed, or look at Le Cannet, Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, 10 to 20 minutes away by train or car. Many exhibitors also rent apartments or a yacht berth in the Vieux Port for client receptions.

How much does a MIPIM stand cost?
Around 2,300 exhibiting companies and over 300 stands across roughly 19,300 m² of exhibition space
Floor space: quoted on request by the RX France sales team, depending on surface and location in the Palais
Included with every stand: 4 registrations, the company profile in the participants' directory and the RX Lead Manager badge-scanning app
The stand itself is a separate budget: from €600/m² for a modular stand, €600 to €1,500/m² for a bespoke stand with private meeting rooms; a double-decker stand is quoted on request
At MIPIM, visitors do not browse products, they hold meetings. The stands that work are designed as reception spaces: closed meeting rooms, an upper floor, catering, acoustic privacy. A standard open stand gives away every conversation to the aisle.
