The budget for a stand at this show depends on the booked surface, the location in the hall and the level of finish you want. As a guide, for a Decore Studio Events stand:
- Custom modular stand: from €600 per sqm, reusable across several shows
- Custom-built stand: 600 to 1,500 € per sqm, including design, manufacturing, transport and assembly
The price per m² also depends on the floor space: it is easier to negotiate on a 100 m² stand than on an 18 m² one.
Not to be confused with the organiser shell scheme: an organiser's package (floor space plus partition walls, not a bespoke stand), billed at 300 to 500 € per sqm as a standardised solution.
