What is Anuga?
Anuga (Allgemeine Nahrungs‑ und Genussmittel‑Ausstellung) is a major biennial trade fair for the food and beverage industry. Held in Cologne, Germany, it is a leading platform for manufacturers, importers, distributors, food service operators and sector innovations.
The Anuga concept is based on bringing together several specialised “mini‑fairs” (e.g. Meat, Dairy, Fine Food, Drinks, Organic, Frozen) under one roof, which gives exhibitors and visitors an overview of the market while precisely targeting their own segment.
