  • Venue: Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center Halls 4 to 8

  • Opening hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (closes at 6:00 PM on the last day)


How to Get There

  • By RER B: Stop at "Parc des Expositions" for direct access to the halls

  • By car: Direct access via A1/A3 highways, on-site parking available

  • By plane: Free shuttles from Roissy-CDG airport to the venue

  • From central Paris: Shuttles available from Porte Maillot

  • A professional badge is mandatory to access the show

  • Free online pre-registration or discounted early-bird pricing available

  • On-site registration: approximately €30 to €40 depending on conditions


For Exhibitors

  • Minimum space: 9 m², starting from ≈ €242 excl. VAT/m²

  • Standard booth: between €242 and €335 excl. VAT/m² depending on location

  • Application fee: approximately €645 excl. VAT

  • Turnkey solutions available: furniture, lighting, signage, and digital visibility packages

  • Over 2,300 exhibitors expected, welcoming more than 53,000 professional visitors
